At WebCraft Designs, we strive to ensure every client is satisfied with the services we provide.
Because web design is a service-based and time-based offering, our refund and cancellation policy differs from that of physical products.
By starting a project with us, you agree to the terms below.
Project Deposits
All projects require a non-refundable deposit before work begins.
This deposit secures your project slot and covers the initial planning, research, and setup work.
Refund Eligibility
Since our services involve time, expertise, and labor, refunds are handled as follows:
Refunds may be granted when:
- No work has started on your project
- You cancel the project within 3 days of making your initial payment
Refunds cannot be granted when:
- Any design work, development, planning, or revisions have already begun
- The project has been partially or fully completed
- You fail to provide required content, feedback, or materials
- Project delays are caused by your lack of response
- You change your mind after work has begun
Milestone Payments
Many projects are billed in milestones (e.g., design phase, development phase, final delivery).
Once a milestone is completed and approved, payments for that milestone are non-refundable.
Cancellations
You may cancel your project at any time.
However, payments already made cannot be refunded if work has been delivered up to that point.
If you choose to cancel after work has begun:
- You will only be billed for the completed portion of the project
- You will not owe payment for unstarted future phases
Revisions & Satisfaction
We aim to ensure you love your final design.
Our packages include a set number of revisions, which will be clearly stated in your project proposal.
Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur an extra fee.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once delivered:
- Custom designs or graphics
- Website builds or development work
- Domain registrations
- Hosting services
- Logo creation
- SEO setup
- Digital products or downloadable files
Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund has been approved:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your bank or credit card company (processing times vary)

Project Inactivity
If the client becomes unresponsive for 30 days or longer, the project may be automatically closed.
Payments made up to that point are non-refundable.
A restart fee may apply if the project is resumed later.
